I worked as an attorney when business casual was just not done in big kawhI leonard shirt . I’m sure that prevented a lot of inappropriate outfits. However, I blame the tv show “LA Law” for telling women (and men) that lingerie is professional attire in professions beside modeling, acting, and dancing. I interviewed for a position with a firm. The attorney assigned to shepherd me from office to office for the multitude of people to interview me was a woman. Nice touch I suppose, but completely unnecessary. Anyway, she wore a pretty, lacy, camisole under her suit jacket. For me that was the first strike against the firm. That combined with some other things moved to send an immediate note thanking them for interviewing me but telling them I did not wish to be considered for the job. It was early in my search and there was an attorney I really liked and would liked to have worked with there, but no. My now husband thought I should keep that option open, but I told him I’d rather work at McDonalds than at that firm.

My husband is the masked clown, based on the one from American Horror Story. I’m the one in the middle, obviously. My kawhI leonard shirt  was inspired by Loonette from Big Comfy Couch and, more importantly, Pennywise (the new one). And yes, we’re both wielding mallets. His is larger. We went downtown, meandering down the street and creepying people out both in and outside. He was stone silent, I was giggling maniacally (I have a GREAT maniacal laugh – it’s been compared to Chucky. I was skipping and swinging my mallet while he trudged, mallet over his shoulder or dragging.
